1: first of all we open the Peachtree accounting

After opening the peachtree we will select an existing  company

3: after that we will select maintain fro the menu bar

Than default information and then customers.

4: after selecting customers default this page will appear

We will first select payment terms

C.O.D= cash on delivery

PREPAID= this means that your cash should be first deposited than delivery will be done

DUE IN NUMBER OF DAYS:  this means that if a customers buy the products through credit cards and made whole payment with in 10 days then he will be given 2% discount.

DUE AT END OF MONTH: it means that payment will be made on the end of month

GL SALES ACOUNT: in this we can set the accounts by double clicking on the space given in front of GL sales account.

DISCOUNT GL ACOUNTS:

5: after payment terms we will select account aging

In this you can see 2 types of age invoices.

a.       invoice date

b.      due date

now its our choice that whether we select invoice date or due date

6:after account aging we will select customs field

1: First of all we will open the peachtree accounting

Then chose the existing company

 2: After opening the existing company this page will appear and from here we will chose maintain

After choosing maintain we will select customer perspective.

 3: Then we will select general

In this we will write the contact info of the customer

Ship name

Address etc

4: Then we select sales default

In sales default we write sales representative

Ship via

Resale number

Pricing level

 5: Then we select payment and defaults

In this we write about the credit card holder’s information

Its expiration date

6: Then we select customs and fields

In this we can change the whole information by going in default information

 7: Then we select history

In this we write the record

Last invoice date

Last invoice amount

Last statement date
